Understanding change
Have you ever noticed how hard it can be to change something in your life – even when you want the change? You set out with good intentions: new routines, fresh habits, or
Maybe you feel invisible – at home, at work, or within your own story. Not angry. Not dramatic. Just… unseen.
Maybe life feels flat – not broken, just muted. Like you’re going through the motions in a life that doesn’t quite fit anymore.
Maybe you’re facing the quiet grief of a chapter closing. A sense of change, without a clear direction.
If any of this feels familiar, know that the best is yet to come. Welcome to your Queen Era – the phase of life where your experience becomes your greatest strength, and you start choosing what’s right for you.
This is a space for women navigating life’s in-between seasons – when something needs to shift, but the path forward isn’t always clear.
Soul Setting offers practical reflection, grounded guidance, and thoughtful support to help you understand what you need most in this season of life.
Not to reinvent yourself.
Not to push harder.
But to reconnect with who you are now – and who you’re becoming.
Step into your Queen Era with clarity, confidence, and support.
A message from the Founder
At certain points in life, everything starts to shift – roles, relationships, priorities, and even the sense of who we are.
Sometimes it’s a major life change: children growing up, a career pivot, a breakup, or the quiet realisation that the life you’ve built no longer fits with who you are now. Other times, it’s more subtle – a slow, restless feeling that something needs to change.
That’s where Soul Setting comes in.
With extensive leadership experience and formal qualifications in adult education, my career has centred on helping people navigate change. I’ve led organisations through transformation and reinvention, and supported individuals through deeply personal change – as a leader, mentor, and coach. And I’ve walked this path myself.
My own journey has included career transitions – including redundancies, the highs and lows of parenting, and now embracing a new life stage as I downsize and move house after 24 years. Through these experiences, I’ve had to redefine who I am beyond job titles, achievements, and the familiar roles of mother, wife, and business leader. Each chapter has deepened my understanding of what it means to evolve – and the courage it takes to do so with intention.
I created Soul Setting for women in the in-between – women who can feel themselves shifting into their Queen Era, but aren’t yet sure how to own it, express it, or step into it with confidence.
This is your invitation to embrace your Queen Era – at your pace, in your way.

Making a difference
At Soul Setting, we’re here to make a meaningful difference – not just in the lives of the women we directly support, but in the communities we’re part of.
Beyond our platform, we’re proud to give back through free coaching, volunteering, and supporting causes that create real impact – locally and globally.
When women are supported, seen, and empowered, they don’t just transform their own lives – they uplift everyone around them.
Soul Setting is designed for women who can feel themselves shifting into a new era of their lives but aren’t yet sure how to own it, express it, or step into it with confidence.
If you’re feeling stuck, flat, restless, or sensing that something needs to change – you’re in the right place.
Your Queen Era is the season of your life where you step into clarity, confidence, and self-direction – not by starting over, but by drawing on the wisdom, strength, and lived experience you already carry.
It’s the moment you begin owning your voice, your choices, and your power – and shaping the next era of your life in a way that feels aligned and authentic to you.
Your Queen Era journey begins with a free Check-In – a gentle, no-pressure reflection to help you understand where you are now. From there, you can explore deeper support through:

Soul Setting will help you:
Feel clearer about who you are and what you want
Understand what’s been missing – and why you’ve been feeling stuck
Reignite your confidence and inner compass
Make decisions from a place of alignment rather than obligation
Shift from feeling lost and overwhelmed to centred and purposeful
It’s not about fixing yourself – it’s about reconnecting with who you are and what truly matters in this era of your life.
You might be ready if you’re feeling:
Disconnected from the parts of yourself you used to recognise
Flat or uninspired, even when life looks “fine” on the outside
Restless or misaligned, like something inside you has shifted
Stuck in roles, routines, or expectations that no longer fit
Aware that you’re entering a new life phase, but don’t yet know what it looks like
If any of this resonates, you’re ready to explore what comes next.
No – Soul Setting is not counselling or therapy.
It’s a reflective, future-focused space grounded in self-awareness, alignment, and meaningful change. Soul Setting explores where you are now and what you need next; it doesn’t diagnose, treat, or focus on past trauma.
Developed by qualified professionals, Soul Setting blends insights from neuroscience, adult learning, and evidence-based coaching to create a personalised, thoughtfully structured experience that deepens self-awareness and supports meaningful change as you step into your next era.
If you’re experiencing acute distress or require mental health support, a qualified counsellor or psychologist may be more appropriate.
