Step into your Queen Era.

This chapter is about you.

This chapter
is DIFFERENT

As women, we typically carry the invisible load – keeping it all together: family, relationships, careers – rarely stopping to question any of it.

Then midlife arrives.
Roles shift.
Demands change.

We feel the pressure to look younger – but still age gracefully.
We work hard to stay relevant.
Throw in some hormonal chaos – because clearly we don’t have enough to deal with.

And somehow, we’re judged no matter what we do.

You might be feeling a restlessness you can’t quite name.
A sense that something has shifted.
What once felt purposeful no longer fits in the same way.

This chapter isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about reconnecting with your self-worth – beyond the responsibilities you’ve carried – and owning your Queen Era.

Welcome to your
QUEEN ERA

The Queen Era isn’t about being louder, busier, or more visible. It’s about knowing who you are – and making choices from that place.

It’s self-worth that isn’t tied to what you do for others.
Alignment over obligation.
Real life over a “perfect” image.

It’s trusting yourself to let go of what no longer fits.
To stop explaining or justifying your decisions.
And giving yourself permission to want what you want – without apology.

The Queen Era isn’t something you achieve. It’s something you step into when you know what you bring to the table.

Soul Setting meets you right where you are

Sometimes it’s loud.
Sometimes it’s subtle.
Often it’s unconscious.

But the message is the same: midlife can shake you – and it can also reshape you.

You don’t need a plan, a label, or a clear next step – just a place to begin.

Soul Setting offers a way to pause and reflect – to make sense of what you’re noticing and listen to yourself more clearly.

Not to give you the answers,
but to help you find your answers.

To strengthen your connection to yourself.
To understand what matters now.
And to make choices that feel aligned – not to reinvent yourself, but to recognise your worth.

There’s no right pace here.
No pressure to decide.
Just a considered way to embrace your Queen Era – starting from where you are.

A message from the Founder

At certain points in life, things shift.
Not just roles or routines –  you shift.
And suddenly, the life you’ve built doesn’t fit the way it once did.

Sometimes the change is obvious – kids growing up, a career turning point, a relationship ending. Other times it’s quieter – a restlessness you can’t ignore, or a sense that you’ve outgrown a version of yourself that once made sense.

It’s a feeling I know well.

My work has always been about helping people grow and evolve – and I’ve walked this path myself. I’ve moved through career changes (including redundancies), the highs and lows of parenting, and now a new chapter as I prepare to leave the home I’ve lived in for more than two decades.

Each shift asked different questions of me.

Along the way, I became increasingly aware of how deeply a woman’s self-worth can become tied to responsibility, usefulness, and expectation – and how destabilising it can feel when those anchors shift.

Soul Setting exists because I believe women deserve space to navigate this season with clarity, dignity, and self-trust.
Not to reinvent themselves.
Not to prove anything.
But to reconnect with who they are – and make choices from that place.

This is the work I care about.
And it’s a privilege to hold space for women stepping into their Queen Era, in their own time and in their own way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Soul Setting offers guided self-reflection and personalised support for women navigating life’s in-between seasons – those moments where the old no longer fits, and the new hasn’t fully taken shape.

Whether you’re questioning who you are, feeling disconnected, or simply craving more clarity and meaning, Soul Setting gives you space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself – so you can move forward in a way that feels considered and aligned.

Soul Setting is for women who can feel themselves shifting into a new era of their lives – even if they’re not yet sure how to name it, express it, or fully step into it.

If you’re feeling stuck, flat, restless, or simply aware that something no longer feels aligned, you’re in the right place.

Your Queen Era is a season of life where you begin to move with greater clarity and self-direction – not by starting over, but by drawing on the wisdom, strength, and lived experience you already carry.

It’s about owning your voice and your choices, letting go of what no longer fits, and shaping what comes next in a way that feels aligned and authentic to you.

Soul Setting can help you:

  • Gain clarity about what feels true for you now
  • Make sense of what’s been shifting beneath the surface
  • Strengthen your trust in yourself and your decisions
  • Make choices from alignment, rather than obligation or expectation
  • Feel more centred as you navigate change, without needing all the answers

It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about reconnecting with who you are – and what matters to you in this season of life.

No – Soul Setting is not counselling or therapy.

It’s a reflective, future-focused space centred on self-awareness, alignment, and considered change. Soul Setting helps you make sense of where you are now and what feels right to move toward – without diagnosing, treating, or working through past trauma.

If you’re experiencing acute distress or need mental health support, working with a qualified counsellor or psychologist may be more appropriate.

Soul Setting was created by Sharon Kells – an executive leader and mentor who works with people navigating change, transition, and identity shifts.

With a Bachelor of Adult Education (Human Resource Development) and extensive experience supporting individuals through complex transitions, Sharon understands how change unfolds – not just in theory, but in real life.

Her work now centres on supporting women as they step into their Queen Era with greater clarity, self-trust, and self-direction.
