Why change is so hard
Research in neuroscience tells us that if you want to make changes in your life, your brain will not necessarily be on your side. It might actually stand in the way of what
If you’re caught in a season of transition – no longer who you were, but not sure who you’re becoming…
If you’re ready to reclaim your voice and sense of purpose…
Or if you’re simply feeling flat, disconnected, or like you’re just going through the motions…
Soul Setting meets you right where you are.
With gentle guidance and purposeful direction, Soul Setting helps you uncover what matters most – and take empowered steps toward a future that feels right for you.
This is a space for women navigating life’s in-between seasons – when something needs to shift, but the path forward isn’t always clear.
Whether you’re feeling disconnected, adjusting to changing roles in life, or struggling with self-doubt, Soul Setting offers support that meets you where you are.
Three distinct pathways. One simple starting point.
This next chapter is yours to shape – and it starts with YOU.
A message from the Founder
At certain points in life, everything starts to shift – roles, relationships, priorities, and even the sense of who we are.
Sometimes it’s a major life change: children growing up, a career pivot, a breakup, or the quiet realisation that the life you’ve built no longer fits with who you are now. Other times, it’s more subtle – a slow, restless feeling that something needs to change.
That’s where Soul Setting comes in.
With extensive leadership experience and formal qualifications in adult education, my career has been grounded in helping people navigate change. I’ve led organisations through transformation and reinvention, and supported individuals through deeply personal change – as a leader, mentor, and coach. But I’ve also walked this path myself.
My own journey has included career transitions – including redundancies, the highs and lows of parenting (especially through the teenage years), and embracing a new life stage as my daughter begins her own. Through these experiences, I’ve had to redefine who I am beyond job titles, achievements, and the familiar roles of mother, wife, and business leader. Each chapter has deepened my understanding of what it means to evolve – and the courage it takes to do so with intention.
I created Soul Setting to support women in the in-between – the moments when everything is shifting, and you need space to regroup, reflect, and realign.
This is your invitation to step into what’s next – on your terms, and in your time.
Here’s to your new season, your next chapter.
And it starts with YOU.

Start where you are.
Pause, reflect, and explore what feels right for you.
Soul Setting offers guided self-assessments, mentoring, and coaching for women navigating life’s transitions — those in-between moments where the old no longer fits, and the new hasn’t fully taken shape. Whether you’re questioning who you are, feeling disconnected, or simply craving something more meaningful, Soul Setting is here to support you.
We help you pause and reflect, and explore what feels right for you – so you can move forward with greater clarity, direction, and self-confidence.
Making a difference
At Soul Setting, we’re here to make a meaningful difference – not just in the lives of the women we directly support, but in the communities we’re part of.
Beyond our platform, we’re proud to give back through free coaching, volunteering, and supporting causes that create real impact – locally and globally.
When women are supported, seen, and empowered, they don’t just transform their own lives – they uplift everyone around them.
Soul Setting is for women who feel like they’ve lost touch with themselves – who’ve spent years putting others first and now feel stuck, unfulfilled, or unsure of what’s next.
Whether you’re:
Wondering who you are beyond being ‘Mum’ now that your children are more independent
In the thick of the teenage years — especially navigating the emotional ups and downs between mothers and daughters
Struggling with a loss of confidence or feeling undervalued in your work or relationships
At a career or life crossroads, feeling disconnected or unclear about your direction
Craving something more meaningful but can’t quite name what that is
Soul Setting offers a safe and empowering space to rediscover who you are, what matters most to you, and how to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Your Soul Setting journey begins with a free soul check-in — a gentle, no-pressure self-reflection to help you pause, take stock, and make sense of where you are and what your next step might be.
It’s a simple starting point to reconnect with yourself — especially if you’re feeling stuck, flat, or unsure of what’s missing.
From there, we offer deeper support for those ready to go further:

The word motivation is an often misunderstood concept. When you understand more about what it is, you will have a much better chance of firing up your motivation. So, what is motivation exactly?
